DELEGATES IN CONFERENCE About 100 delegates of the New Zealand Evangelistic and Publication Association of the Churches of Christ met in business session yesterday morning at the West Street Church. Reference was made to the great development of activities in the Hamilton district, and to the new church formed in Waihou. Mr. C. Cates, jun., has been appointed as visiting evangelist. The next conference will be at Hamilton in June of next year. A sum of money was collected and will be forwarded to the John Manoah orphanage in Ootacamund, South India. The balance-sheet for the year showed a surplus of £SS, with a total income of £4.500. The following officers were elected; President, Mr. D. Donaldson; vicepresidents, Mr. Skelly and Mr. C. B. Gibson; secretary and treasurer, Mr. C. F. Garratt; committee, Messrs. W. A. McNair, J. Hughes, H. Aldridge, C. Clarkson, jun.. P. Yearbury and J. Buchanan.
