We have asked many women why i they like pipe-smokers, says an exchange. One said: “Because a pipej smoker is more of a home man, it seems to me. There is no better pic- ! ture of contentment than a man smoking a pipe in his home after the day’s work is done.” “Pipe smokers are more I easily contented.” said others. Many men approached said they were members of the Edgeworth Club. Edgeworth tobacco would make any man contented. It smoked so calmly, so j evenly, it was so slow burning, so meli low, so satisfying. With a pipe of Edgeworth between their lips troubles i bad a knack of disappearing and calm j contentment took their place.—l.
