QUIET AT TAUPIRI

T> EG. C. WOODS, who hangs out his sign at Taupiri, where for some time he has had a good string of horses under his care, was a spectator at Alexandra Park yesterday while work was in progress. Reg’s team is holiday-mak-ing during the winter months, but will be got ready for spring racing. The careful and able mentor has got Mr. Charles's pair, Sean Triubhais and Rock Hinton, right again, and they will be on the active list after the winter. Other members of his string are Edna Thorpe, I Beauty Spot, and Lackiewood.
