EDENDALE
“MILLIONAIRES” “Millionaires,” an enjoyable comedy with a strong cast, will be shown tonight at the Edendale Theatre. George Sidney, Louise Fazenda and Vera Gordon are co-featured. Sidney plays Meyer Rubens, a gentle-souled tailor on New York’s East Side content with his lot until Reba (Louise Fazenda), his stylish sister-in-law, disrupts the harmony of his home. His wife Esther (Vera Gordon) is made unhappy by her sister’s wealth and Meyer is consequently persuaded to invest liis savings in apparently worthless stock. However, the stock makes them millionaires over night, and then the fun begins. The second feature will be “Come to My House,” starring Olive Borden and Antonio Moreno.
