TRAFFIC OFFENDER FINED For breaches of the city motor regulations a number of offenders were fined at the Police and Magistrate’s courts to-day. POLICE PROSECUTIONS For having no lights on motor-cars, Edgar Ashcroft, Thomas Anderson. Leslie Brett, Sidney Cavalier, Samuel Dibble, K. C. Donaldson, Henry Gofilen, J~nn Gormson, Russell Hardley, William Hart, S. Henderson, J. R. Herring, Edgar Ingram, Archie Kulver, Stanley Madden. Frederick Martin, Hector McCall, Norman Newdick, Clarence Russell, frank Shaw and William Taylor were each fined 10s. For leaving cars unattended, Colin Cooper, Robert Bennett, Henry Burton, Leslie Fowler, Miles Hamil, Ernest Hitchings and Robert Wood were each fined 10s. For speeding, Arthur Marbeck. Arthur Merson, H. P. Whyman were each fined £l. LICENCE CANCELLED Henry Hawthorne, who has five previous convictions, was fined £5 and his licence was cancelled for 12 months. For failing to notify change of car ownership, Dominion Motors, Ltd., and Phillip White were each fined 40s. IsaCo. were each fined 40s. CITY PROSECUTIONS For dangerous driving, Richard Hastedt, Cecil Sutherland and Cavanagh and were each fined 40s. Cyril Wagstaff, George Cain and Arnold Gilpin were each fined 30s.
