POST OFFICE BURGLED

MONEY AND LETTERS REMOVED SAFE LEFT UNTOUCHED (From Our Own Correspondent J HAMILTON, To-day. The post office at Te Uku, on the Hamilton-Raglan Road, was broken into by thieves last night. A small sum of money and three letters were taken, but the safe was untouched. Entry was effected by breaking a panel in the front door ind slipping the catch. The theft was discovered by the postmaster when he arrived this morning.
