ACCOMMODATION FOR 600 MEMORIAL TO BOOTH (United P.A.—By Telegraph — Copyright) (Australian Press Association.) LONDON, Friday. There was an attendance of 10,000 persons at the laying of the founda-tion-stone of the Salvation Army International Training College at Denmark Hill, as a memorial to General William Booth. The structure lias cost £330,000, of which sum £250,000 was subscribed. The site covers 7£ acres, and there is accommodation for 600 men and women students, who will live in hostels. The buildings were designed by Sir Giles Scott, the architect who designed Liverpool Cathedral-
