WHO OWNS THE ABBEY?

QUESTION NOT DECIDED TO RACE AT CAMBRIDGE The question of ownership of the trotter, The Abbey, which came before Mr. Justice Blair in chambers yesterday, has not yet been decided. Counsel engaged in the case are Mr. G. P. Findlay, Mr. J. Hogben, and Mr. Allan Moody. It is desired that the question should be cleared up before the Cambridge meeting. The horse, which was being raced by Mr. A. E. Adams, of New Plymouth, is claimed by Mr. F. Whitehead, who gave it to Mr. Adams, as he states, to train. Mr. Adams, on the other hand, holds that the horse is his.
