ERECTION OF CAMPANILE GOVERNMENT GRANT ASSURED Press Association. WELLINGTON, To-day. A letter from the Prime Minister, the Right Hon. J. G. Coates, to the Mayor of Wellington, Mr. G. A. Troup, assures him of a Government grant of £15,000 for the erection of the campanile on the Mount Cook site to house the Wellington carillon.
