£5,000,000, 4\ PER CENT. REDEEMABLE IN 1947 (United P.A.—By Telegraph — Copyright) (Australian P.A. —United Service) Reed. 9.5 a.m. LONDON, Monday. A New Zealand loan has been underwritten, £ 5,000,000, per cent, at £94&- It is redeemable in 1947. The final instalment of 25 per cent, is payable on July 20. Holders of 4 per cents, maturing on November 1, 1929, are invited to convert to the extent of £5,000,000, receiving £lo4£ of new stock for each £IOO of the old.
