BODY FOUND IN HARBOUR

LIMBS TIED TOGETHER IRON ATTACHED WITH ROPE Press Association. TIMARU, To-day. The body of a well-dressed man, aged about 45 years, was found floating in the harbour this morning. Apparently it had been in the water for some months, and the features were unrecognisable. The hands were tied together with rope yarn, and attached to the body were two pieces of heavy iron bar. There were no marks on the body or anything to lead to identification. The police theory is that it is a case of suicide.
