AMERICA AND GERMANY MAKE NEW TREATIES
ARBITRATION AND CONCILIATION (United P.A.—By Telegraph — Copyright) (Australian Press Association) Reed. 9.5 a.m. WASHINGTON, Mon. The American arbitration treaty and conciliation treaty w'ith Germany will be signed in a few days by Mr. F. B. Kellogg, Secretary of State, and Dr. F. W. Von Prittwitz-Gaffron, the German Ambassador. The former treaty is similar to those already signed with France and Italy. The latter is patterned after the Bryan treaties of 19i4. Negotiations for similar treaties with Roumania have been instituted.
