MACKAY—HUGO

The marriage was solemnised at Knox Presbyterian Church, Master ton, last evening, of Nancy, daughter of Mr. H. P. Hugo, of Masterton, to Robert Hector, son of Mrs. Mackay. of Auckland. The church was decorated by friends of the bride. The bride, who was given away by her father, wore a frock of cream charmeuse with a deep hem of cream georgette inset with silver lace and trimmings of orange blossom. A Spanish mantilla of old lace formed her veil. She carried a sheaf of lilies and pink rose-buds. She was attended by her small sister, Barbara, who was dressed in pi ? pink, and carried a posy. The Misses Winifred and Christina Wallace, cousins of the bride, acted as bridesmaids, and wore frocks shaded from pale pink to cyclamen with long sashes of deep cyclamen velvet. They wore transparent hats and carried shower bouquets to tone with their frocks. Mr. J. Brendel acted as best man and Mr. H. Butler as groomsman.
