KAIKOHE SHOW
CHAMPIONSHIP AWARDS Ideal weather conditions prevailed for the second annual show of the Kaikolie A. and P. Association, which was held on Saturday. There was a large attendance, and the function was a great success. In the horse classes there was good competition, and cattle entries were greater than last year. The Jerseys were exceptionally good. Sheep were well represented, particularly Romney Marsh and Southdowns. The display of vegetables and farm produce was a striking one. and an excellent demonstration of what the North, can produce in a bad season. The following championships were awarded: Hunter: E. Ebans. Jersey bull: J. L. Paul: Jersey Cow, J. L. Paul. Friesian bull: J. Mackereth; Friesian cow, J. Mackereth. Romney Marsh ram: A. H. Wright: Romney Marsh ewe, A. H. Wright. Southdown ram: W.
