WAIPA REFEREES
ELECTION OF OFFICERS The scarcity of referees available to control games in the Waipa district was referred to at the annual meeting of the Waipa Referees* Association held at Te Awamutu, and the hope was expressed that old players and other enthusiasts would undertake the work. The following officers were elected: President, Mr. George Jeffs; secretary, Mr. S. A. McNamara; treasurer, Mr. T. Moisley; delegate to Waikato Referees’ Association and Waipa RLigby Union, Mr. McNamara.
