DAIRY PAYMENTS
February supplies to the Morrinsville Dairy Company have commanded an advance of £d a lb. butter-fat clear of cartage. The average payout to date this season is Is 4 l-8d a lb. The Tatua (Tatuanui) Company will pay out at the rate of Is 5d a lb. butterfat. In view of the very satisfactory state of the finances upon the capital account of the Morrinsville Dairy Company, it lias been decided by the directors to make the share deduction for next season only one farthing a lb. butter-fat. This is half the amount collected in previous years. The Te Awamutu Co-operative Dairy Company has decided to make a cash payment of id a lb. finest butter-fat supplied during February. This makes the pay-out for the season slightly over Is 4d, compared with Is l|d fur the same period last year.
