Press Association. WELLINGTON, Thursday. Tho Teachers' Appeal Board for 1928, to hear appeals in connection with the grading or classification of teachers, consists of the following members: Chairman, Mr. A. D. Thomson; representatives of the Education Department, Messrs. A. Bell and W. Bird; representatives of teachers, secondary schools. Messrs. T. Brodie and F. H. Campbell: technical schools, Messrs. j-I A, Jones and R. J- Thompson: primary schools. Messrs. A. J. Hall, F. Combs. G. T. Palmer and D. D. Steadman.
