METROPOLITAN SOCCER CLUB

The Metropolitan Association Football Club held it» annual meeting on Wednesday evening last. Mr. H. Reason presided. Prospects for the coming season are very bright, and it is proposed to enter teams in all the junior grades. The secretary reported that the club's financial position was very satisfactory. _ _ The election of officers resulted as follows: —Patron. Mr. A. Turley; president, Mr. F. N. Andrews; secretary and treasurer, Mr. S. B. Massam; delegates to Auckland Football Association, Messrs. E. Robinson and H. G. Massam.
