COURT PROSECUTIONS OFFENDERS FINED Motorists who had offended against city traffic regulations were prosecuted at the Police Court to-day. POLICE CASES For having no tail lights on cars, Leonard Bellne, Clive Coleman, Edward Cowden, W. F. Dwight, Samuel Henderson, Kathleen Hassall, W. U. Jenkin, W. F. Jones, V. C. Keys, Ivan McCrystal, Mervin A. Moore, A. Rogers, W. J. Spence and Warwick Varney were each fined 10s. H. C Webber and Spencer Woodard were fined ss. . For leaving motors parked in Queen Street, Joseph A. Bird, Bernard Fisher, A. J. Morse, J. S. Richards, Reginald Rickards and F. C. Western were each fined 10s. For pillion-riding, Arthur Buchanan, Dominic Malloy and Alma were each fined ss. For negligent driving, Terence J. Gannon was fined £2 and William Gibson £l. Gannon was also fined £1 for driving without a licence. For cutting a corner, Valerie Valeska was fined 20s. For crossing a railway line when a train was api*roaching, Alice White was fined 20s. CITY PROSECUTIONS For dangerously driving, John James Sutton and Robert Bullraan were each fined 40s. William John Foote, Leonard W. Keys and Robert J. Elliott were each fined £3. John Woods was fined £5. For failing to obey traffic officers. F J Lee and Norman Bodmin were fined 10s. Alfred F. Smith was fined 20s ” Fo.r leaving cabs on unauthorised stands, John Maloney, E. V. Cramp and Leonard Stanish were each fined For passing a stationary tram, illiam Knight was fined 40:3. For pillion-riding. Hector Parker and A. G. Tizaxd were each fined 10s.
