During the course of the meetings of the League of Nations Council, Sir Ronald Lindsay, until lately British Ambassador at Berlin, and who has been appointed to succeed Sir William Tyrrell as Permanent Undersecretary of State for Foreign Affairs, will visit Geneva. He will attend the council meetings as an observer.—A. and N.Z.
