MAORI BOY INJURED (From Owr Own Correspondent) OPOTIKI, To-day. Suffering from injuries through being thrown from a horse, a young Maori, aged 10, named George Ngamoki, was admitted to the Opotiki Hospital. The boy lives at Omaio, 35 miles from Opotiki. tie was riding the horse bareback with other boys when thrown heavily to the ground. The horse trod on Ngamoki’s hand, severing the first finger. Mr. Coughlan, native schoolmaster, attended to the boy’s injuries, and later brought him to the Opotiki Hospital.
