LAW CLERK ACQUITTED

GRAVE CHARGE FAILS A verdict of not guilty was returned by the jury in the trial of Alexander Henry Martin, a law clerk, who stood his trial yesterday on a charge of indecent assault on a male. Martin was tried last week, but the jury failed to agree after four hours’ deliberation. The trial yesterday was taken before Mr. Justice Blair, with Mr. Hubble prosecuting and Mr. A. H. Johnstone appearing for the accused.
