SIGNALMAN MISSING FRUITLESS SEARCH OF COAST Press Association. DUNEDIN, To-day. Ronald Stewart Sutherland, a signalman residing at Taiaroa Head 3, with his wife and two children, was missed from home at midnight on Thursday, as a result of the finding of a note in his handwriting. The police were communicated with, and carried out an unsuccessful search along the foreshore yesterday. Sutherland is a returned soldier, who was recently transferred from the lighthouse service to the employment of the harbour board.
