OCCUPANTS INJURED ACCIDENT AT PORTER’S PASS Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, Tuesday. While Mr. Green, a teacher, from Blenheim, his wife and family were going down Porter’s Pass yesterday afternoon the car got out of control and the occupants expected every minute to be hurled over the precipice, but to save a severe smash Mr. Green steered his car into the hill. This caused it to capsize in the middle of the road. The car was badly damaged. Mrs. Green had an arm broken and sustained severe cuts, while Mr. Green and his daughter suffered severe cuts and bruises.
