REPORT FOR DECEMBER (Special to THE SUE.) WAIHI, To-day. The following information has been cabled to London. For the period ending December 31, comprising 28 crushing days, 22,295 tons were crushed for a result of 7,212 fine ounces of gold and 56,331 fine ounces of silver. These figures Include 2,594 tons mined from the Junction area, which yielded 85 ounces of gold and 3,271 ounces of silver. This is the final return of the year. No. 3 diamond drill hole has been stopped at 598 ft. At 548 ft there is 2ft of quartz, assaying 4s 9d a ton. and at 562 ft there is Ift of quartz, assaying 7s 6d a ton.
