South Australia, which won the Sheffield Shield last season, has lost two of its prominent players, Arthur Richardson, the international, who is now coach to the Western Australian Cricket Association, and Gordon Inkster, who has had to leave Adelaide in connection with his business. Inkster kept wickets for South Australia last season, and he is regarded as the most capable keeper that the State has had for a good many years.
