AKARANA CLUB’S SHOOT The members of the Akarana Defence Rifle Club competed for trophies presented by. Sir F. W. Lang, Mr A C. Devore, and Mr. F. J. Atkinson, at Penrose rifle range, on Saturdav afternoon, over the ranges of 500 and 000 yards. A strong right wind puzzler] the riflemen. The three top men in A and B sections take one, two, and three points respectively. Silver spoons were won by S. Elliott, Don Ashley, and R. Pye.
