COVETED TROPHY By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright Reed 9.5 a.m. SYDNEY, To-day. The Jockey Club has fixed that the King’s Cup race be run at the autumn Doncaster meeting on April 14. The added money will be £2,000 in addition to the gold cup, valued at £IOO, which is the gift of the King . The distance is 1£ miles, the highest weight 9.5, and the lowest 7.0. Entries close on January 17. The coveted prize is expected to draw large entries. —A. and N.Z.
