FRIAR, RICHARDS V. McMILLAN’S An inter-house cricket match between Friar Richards and Upton, and G. McMillan and Co., last night resulted in an exciting win for Friar Richards by one wicket. Batting to a time limit of 80 minutes each side, McMillan’s went in first and knocked up 110 runs. Bob Innes, the well-known international Soccer rep., knocked up 35, and Trask ably partnered him with a nice 20. The other double-figure scorers were Willis (16) and McMillan (12). Bowling for Friar Richards, Hansen took three for 35 and Hilton three for 20. Friar Richards replied with 113 for nine wickets, Ellis 30, Hansen 27, Bainbridge 18 and Hilton 13. Bowling for McMillan’s, Harper took six for 55.
