“THE FLOWER OF SPAIN”
COSTLY PRODUCTION Production costs, aside from salaries, will run about £3 a minute on “The Flower of Spain,” which Fred Niblo will direct for Samuel Goldwyn. The production, which is to be started about the middle of the month, will be a sixteenth century costume picture, which he says will be exact in every detail.
