LONG DISCUSSION ON TRANSPORT AND WATER
COUNCIL IN COMMITTEE Four hours were occupied by the City Council last evening; discussing transport finances, and the Auckland Water Commission's report. The meeting was held in committee, the Press not being admitted. Recommendations on both subjects were agreed on. and these will be reported to the next general meeting of the City Council.
