CHRISTIAN ENDEAVOUR

MEETING OF THE UNION Reports from. 13 societies were read by delegates at the monthly business meeting of the Auckland Provincial Christian Endeavour Union on Tuesday evening. Senior and junior superintendents also gave reports of visits paid to societies during the past month. Mr. H. Bristow was then appointed senior superintendent for The coming year, with Mr. XV. Cullon as his assistant. Mr. O. Liddell was appointed junior superintendent for the next 12 months. Mr. Xoel Carless was appointed literature secretary. An application for affiliation with the union was received from the Brown Street Methodist Christian Endeavour Society. It was also resolved that a letter of sympathy be sent to Mrs. H. M. Smeeton.
