BURGLARY ALLEGED THREE ARRESTS MADE Frank Leonard O’Donnell, aged 31, was charged at the Police Court to-day with breaking an entering the warehouse of John Burns, Ltd., on October 7, and stealing 15 ingots of tin, valued in a sum of £IOO. Samuel Howard, aged 60, and John Joseph James Kyle, aged 39, were also charged with receiving the tin knowing it to be stolen. Mr. Macfarlane, who appeared for O’Donnell, applied for bail. The magistrate, Mr. F. K. Hunt,: There’s been too much breaking and entering lately. He had better stay where he is just now.
