YOUTH SENT TO BORSTAL LENIENCY ABUSED George edward cox, aged 19, was sentenced at the Police Court to-day to two years* detention in the Borstal Institute. He pleaded guilty to a charge of stealing a racing bicycle valued at £2O. Chief-Detective Cummings said that accused had taken the machine from a garage where it had been stored after a race.
