TUAKBIU CONCERT

VISIT FROM PAPATOETOE A concert party from St. John’s Presbyterian Church, Papatoetoe, assisted by friends, journeyed to Tuakau last evening, and gave a most enjoyable musical entertainment in aid of the Presbyterian Church funds. Contributors to the programme were; Miss Kelso, Mrs. McConkey, Miss Mattie Youngson. the Rev. T. H. and Master Roseveare, Miss L. Roseveare, Mr. C. Shore and Mrs. Carr. The accompaniments were played by Miss Campbell. At the conclusion of the entertainment a hearty vote of thanks was accorded the visitors, who were entertained at supper by the local residents.
