MESSENGER—REDDINGTON
For her wedding last evening at St. Matthew’S’ Church, Margaret Lillian, the youngest daughter of Mrs. and the late Mr. N. Reddington, of Birkenhead, chose a dainty frock of white satin beaute with a large gold embroidered spray of flowers effectively trimming the bodice. The bouffant skirt was deeply banded at the hem with vellum lace. The bridegroom, Hubert Claude, the third son of Mr. and Mrs. A. W. Messenger, of Birkenhead, was attended bv Mr. Clive Messenger as best man and Mr. Noble Lunney as groomsman. The bride was given away by her brother, and the marriage ceremony was performed by Canon Grant Cowen. Three maids attended the bride, the Misses M. Jones and N. Garmonsway as bridesmaids and Miss Esme Follis as flower girl. The two bridesmaids wore frocks of mignonette green and peach tinted crepe de chine respectively, with bandeaux of flowers and carried pretty bouquets of roses and sweet peas. The little flower girl wore a frock of foxglove mauve crepe de chine and cream lace and carried a posy of pink and mauve flowers.
