PUBLIC FAREWELL TO MISS E. OGILVIE

A public farewell is to be given to Miss Eunice Ogilvie at the Baptist Tabernacle this evening on her departure for India, where she will take up missionary work in East Bengal on behalf of the New Zealand Baptist Missionary Society. The Rev. H. Jones is in charge of the missionary station in _ Bengal at present. Miss Ogilvie has also trained as a nurse in the Auckland Hospital, so she will be able to combine medical work with her missionary activities. Miss Ogilvie is sailing for India tomorrow.
