DEVONPORT FOOTBALLERS’ ANNUAL BALL
A BRIGHT FUNCTION The Devonport United Football Club 1 held its sixth annual ball last evening amid lavish decorations in a colour 1 scheme embodying the club colours. ■ in the cosy Foresters’ Theatre, Devonport. The floor managers were Messrs. ' J. £. Parker and B. Wells. Dance music was supplied by Stacey’s Society Orchestra and the general arrangements were in the hands of Secretary R. Doble. The club has a very energetic ladies’ committee, which has handled a series of dances right , through the season. M.rs. Scott, Mrs. ! Brewer.
