TAKAPUNA “GRAMMAR”
GRANT FOR SCHOOL FUNDS SUBSIDY AND COLLECTION (THE SUN'S Parliamentary Reporter.) WELLINGTON, To-day. Resulting from the Government grant, local subscription and subsidies .£ 1,170 is now available for the improvement of the Takapuna Grammar School grounds. Mr. A. Harris has been advised that the Government will give a straightout grant of £B2O, while £ for £ subsidy has been granted on £175 collected by the Devonport Ex-Service-men’s Association, and handed over conditionally upon the subsidy being available.
