S.M., dismissed informations against a firm of petrol bowser proprietors, that they had sold petrol on Sunday, within view of a public place. The magistrate held that the service station lay between the ordinary garage where cars were housed and repairs effected, and the bowser station Running repairs being effected at such a station constituted a garage.
