By Cattle.—Press Association. —Copyright LONDON, Wednesday. At the Research Conference, which will be opened on October 4, there will be present 170 delegates from all parts of the Empire. They will discuss the best means of combating insect and other pests which are responsible for the destruction of a large portion of the world’s crops every year.
