RUGBY SEASON ENDS AT TE AWAMUTU

UNITED WINS CUP EXCITING FINAL There was a poor attendance at Albert Park on Saturday when the final match of the local Rugby season, and also the final game for the Ballistite Cup, took place. The game resulted in a win for United, which defeated Te Awamutu by 14 points to 9. The game was noticeable for lack of enthusiasm and *an absence of combination on both sides. Early in the first «pell Te Awamutu .was awarded a penalty, from which Bremner landed a goal. United were compelled to force.
