NGATEA, Monday. The Hauraki Plains girls’ representatiA'es were defeated by the Mount Eden Club team by 2 goals to 1. Miss M. Beaver scored for Hauraki Plains in the first spell. Miss Walker equalising for Mount Eden. The local forwards failed to extend proper support to their back di\ r ision, and this weakness allowed Miss Walker to score the winning goal for Mount Eden. A junior contest between the same clubs was drawn, both sides failing to score.
