HOWICK IMPROVEMENTS

ERECTION OF NEW SHOPS A block or three new shops, with living accommodation attached, is being erected in the main street, Howick. Work was commenced on the new block last week by Mr. T. Clements, of Otahuhu, the total price being £5,000. One portion of the premises will be fitted up as a surgery, and when completed the whole block will be a handsome addition to the district.
