PROPOSED BOARD A conference of representatives of the various groups of settlers in the Netherton-Awaiti district on Tuesday last reached an agrement under which the formation of a drainage district will be acceptable. . Much work in the district was promised by the Minister of Lands when in the locality some time ago on condition that the settlers undertook the formation of a drainage board to provide for the maintenance.
