MAIN HIGHWAYS SUBSIDY
MANUKAU COUNTY At a meeting of the Manukau County Council to-day the engineer reported that of a total subsidy of £21.850 promised by the Main Highways Board, £19,000 had been applied for and duly received. The inspector reported that 2G applications for the erection of dwellings and other buildings to the value of £9,326 had been made.
