BANKRUPTCY DISCHARGES

At a sitting: of the Supreme Court held in Hamilton yesterday Mr. Justice Herdman granted discharges in bankruptcy to William Leslie Carr, auctioneer’s clerk. Hamilton; W. H- Morris, farmer, Te Awamutu; and W. S. Menzies, auctioneer, Frankton. On the unsatisfactory report of the official assignee, the discharge of Charles Zainey, garage proprietor, of Otorohanga. 'was suspended for three months. Zainey had been bankrupt previously. A further meeting of creditors in connection with the discharge of Matthew Henderson, contractor, of Putavuru, -is to be -hold in -Ahokland.
