MR. JORDAN, M.P., AT PUKEMIRO (From Our ( t cn Correspondent) HUNTLY, To-day. Mr. W. J. Jordan, M.P., accompanied by Mr. Walter Nash, national secretary of the Labour Party, visited Glen Afton last evening Mr. Jordan spoke at Pukemiro in support of the candidature of Mr. Lee Martin, official Labour candidate for the Raglan seat- Mr. Charles Smith, president of the Glen Afton Miners* Union, presided, and after a successful meeting those present endorsed the candidature of Mr. Martin and pledged themselves to support him at the poll on September 29.
