In the case in which Benjamin Semeloff claimed £6,575 from the Wellington City Corporation for property taken by it at the junction of Taranaki, Wallace, and Hankey Streets, the Compensation Court entered a judg-. ment for the claimant for £1,250, in addition to the £2,141 already paid by the corporation for discharge of the mortgage, and £2IS paid in respect of rates. The corporation was ordered to pay £SO costs and court fees to be fixed by the registrar. Each party was ordered to pay its assessors’ fees, £ls 15s.
