SOLD GUM ON SUNDAY

SHOP-KEEPERS FINED A constable who set out a few Sundays ago to buy chewing gum found many oases in Auckland. The result was that the following shopkeepers were fined £1 with costs at the Police Court yesterday.—T. Devich, Violet Briggs, Elsie Monguest, Amy Pickering and E. Maryatt. W. A.
